Its been a while since this page has been updated! That’s because the writer, L.E Croft, and myself have been going carefully through what’s been written and also going forward with the story to write new chapters and take Lara further on her own surprising journey.
Working together on this has been a long but enjoyable process, full of surprises!
The most recent surprise perhaps has been the announcement of the new official Tomb Raider game which some websites have dubbed as ‘Tomb Raider Reborn’. This project has been going in its current state for around 3-4 years now and I hope those who have discovered our project through the announcement of the upcoming official game from Crystal Dynamics, will stick around to find out more about this fan project forward!
Our priority now is to keep up the momentum with the writing for now and as we go through 2011, the hope is that things will begin to take shape and before the year is out, you may see some new material – most likely in a BETA form but it will be new material nonetheless!
While we work away on the project whenever we can, the both of us currently working on this are busy working on respective University degrees and part-time jobs, so we try to remain as flexible as possible.
For those reading this as we head on into February, all the best for 2011 from the Reborn team!
Gives you an idea of what has been planned for the Tomb Raider Reborn project. Bear in mind this is the only part of the story we’ve completed the BETA video for and that there’s still a lot of writing to be done.

A big part of the challenge of writing this continuation has been trying to anticipate what Core Design were going to do next. Its only after very closely looking at what (little) they said on TR7 (AOD2) that you begin to understand more of what they had planned. Forming a base for our story from …

When thinking about which video hosting website I thought would be best for Reborn, Vimeo was the first place that came to mind for me. That’s because it offers a sleek, clean, easy to navigate space in which to view and upload your videos, it pioneered high-definition videos long before Youtube started offering it and …
